The offer is available for all stays from December 6th, 2021 to February 6th, 2022, provided you have registered for the offer first.

Best Western somehow refers to the latter 7 countries as ‘Asia’. I am guessing that’s due to the lack of a term for just these 7 countries.
You earn double points on every stay, irrespective of the number of nights or stays. As long as you are registered for the offer and your stays fall within the promotion dates.
There is no cap on the number of bonus points you can earn as well.
All stays should be booked directly with Best Western to earn points. Booking made through OTT apps, travel aggregators, travel agents, etc might not be eligible.
Conclusion
This is a decent offer if you are anyway planning to stay at a Best Western property. Unfortunately, Best Western is not very active with promotions and good offers are pretty rare.
