Surprisingly, the bookings made with this promotional offer do not require a full pre-payment in advance. The bookings can be modified, cancelled, exchanged after the reservation, in line with the cancellation policy issued by the hotel.

It is good to see a discounted rate that is flexible. Most such promotions (with any hotel) require a non-refundable advance payment in full.
